Help Support HB1873 – Illinois Public Access Bill

Illinois has some of the most restrictive water access laws in the nation. Most rivers and creeks in the state are illegal to paddle, and you can be charged with criminal trespass if you do. HB1873 was recently introduced to fix this. The Illinois Paddling Council has written an overview of this bill and ways you can help. I highly suggest checking it out.
